Strict Installation Quality Assurance
To ensure your wood or vinyl flooring lasts for decades, we enforce strict installation protocols. We verify that sub-floor moisture percentages are under the 3.5% threshold using non-destructive hydrometer tests. If moisture is present, we apply a high-build epoxy moisture barrier primer. For LVP click-system floors, we ensure the concrete has been leveled to within 2mm tolerance to prevent joint lock separating.
